Jordan Cohen

Jordan Cohen is the Estate Director and Top Company Producer for RE/MAX Olson and Associates Estate Brokerage in Westlake Village. In 2004, Jordan’s production ranked #1 in California and Hawaii, #4 in the United States, and #6 in the world for all RE/MAX Associates. In 2005, he remained #1 in California and Hawaii, (over 11,000 agents) but moved up to #3 in the United States, and #5 Worldwide out of over 115,000 agents. His closed sales production exceeded $122 million.

Jordan graduated from Cal State Northridge in 1990 with a Communications Degree with an emphasis in Sales and Marketing, and headed straight into Real Estate by joining Todd C. Olson Estate Brokerage because of the company’s fine reputation and “Family Atmosphere.”

Jordan has specialized in the Conejo Valley for over 12 years. The majority of his business is in the North Ranch Area of Westlake Village, and Lake Sherwood. However, Cohen sells many estates throughout Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.

Jordan specializes in Luxury Estates and has been recognized in many publications including Unique Homes, DuPont Registry and the LA Times. Additionally, since a third of his clientele are celebrities and professional athletes, he has been featured on ESPN.com and his listings have been profiled on EXTRA and Access Hollywood.

Jordan’s greatest pleasure is spending quality time with his family. He also enjoys sports and travel whenever possible. Jordan is happily married to Becky, his wife of 19 years and together they have two children, Cameron, age 15 and Cassidy, age 12.

Jordan is also on the board of directors for the Harold Pump Foundation benefiting cancer research and is also active in the Toys for Needy Children program.
